A rich, vibrant blend of excellent varieties of black tea from the highlands of India, Kenya and Sri Lanka. It has a uniform dark brown color, an intense bouquet, and a characteristic tea aroma. Associated with the traditional English breakfast served in the finest homes in the UK. Due to the large amount of caffeine and essential oils included in its composition, it helps to wake up and invigorate.
A cup of strong tea emits a dense, invigorating aroma, characteristic of Indian Assamese. The taste is tart with a slight astringent aftertaste. The drink is dark amber in color with burgundy tints. This tea is ideally complemented with fresh country cream, lemon, honey or sugar.
How to brew?
- Bring the water to the initial stage of boiling, that is, to the first bubbles, and rinse the teapot with it.
- Place tea leaves in a warmed teapot at the rate of 1 tsp. for 200 ml of water.
- Pour water over the tea and let steep for about 1-2 minutes, then pour into cups.
