Gaba Brilliant tea is made from medium to large sized whole tea leaves. It is a medium-fermented oolong. Its taste is spicy and its aroma has floral and fruity notes. The infusion has a golden color and a soft, enveloping taste with subtle sourness. How to brew? - Take a ceramic or glass teapot and rinse it with boiling water. - Pour tea at the rate of 3 grams per 150 ml of water and fill with water, the temperature of which should be 85-95 degrees. - Drain the first brew after a few seconds to remove dust and other possible contaminants from the tea leaves. Next, add water again and brew tea for 20-40 seconds. Gaba Alishan can be brewed up to 8 times. It is better to gradually increase the infusion time and add a little less water.
