GABA Alishan Honey is a type of green tea from China that is infused with honey. The tea is made from young, tender leaves that are steamed to preserve the nutrients. The tea has a light, refreshing Flavour and a honeyed aroma. It is a great choice for those who enjoy a sweet and Flavourful tea.
How to brew?
- Take a ceramic or glass teapot and rinse it with boiling water.
- Pour tea at the rate of 3 grams per 150 ml of water and fill with water, the temperature of which should be 85-95 degrees. It is better to take soft, well-filtered water. Ideally, spring water.
- Drain the first brew after a few seconds to remove dust and other possible contaminants from the tea leaves, as well as any remaining sugared honey. Next, add water again and brew tea for 20-40 seconds.
Gaba Alishan can be brewed up to 8 times. It is better to gradually increase the infusion time and add a little less water. With each subsequent brewing, the tea leaves will open more and more, giving new shades of taste. Drink Gaba in its pure form, without adding sugar or milk. Sweets will also be of no use.
