How to brew?
- Take a small kettle and warm it up.
- Pour tea at the rate of 2 teaspoons per cup with a volume of 150 to 200 ml.
- Fill with water, the temperature of which should be from 65 to 70 degrees. Brew for about 1 minute.
- Pour tea into cups. There is no need to leave the tea in the kettle if you do not want it to become too strong.
- Repeated brewing should be even shorter - no more than 10 seconds, but water should be used at a higher temperature: from 70 to 80 degrees.
- The third brewing takes place within 40 seconds, the water is from 80 to 90 degrees.
- The fourth is the longest: from 2 to 3 minutes at a water temperature of approximately 95 degrees. With each brew, new shades of taste are revealed.
