How to brew?
- Brewing Shen Puer Chen Xian can become a real, exquisite ritual.
- First, the tea utensils are heated with boiling water. Then tea is added to it at the rate of 5-7 grams per 200 ml. hot water. Recommended water temperature is 90 °C.
- The first brew is immediately drained, this is necessary to wash away the dust and give the tea the opportunity to “breathe.”
- The second brew is infused, depending on preference, from 10 to 20 seconds. From brewing to brewing, the taste of tea and its aroma will change.
- It is permissible to brew Shen Puer Chen Xian up to 9 times.
