Shu Puer "Palace" Cake is a variety of the same pu-erh that is called “ready-made”. Made from leaves of trees over 50 years old. To create it, only the most delicate leaves with an abundance of golden buds were used. Tea fermentation was carried out using the best modern professional technologies. The aroma of the finished drink is enchanting, woody and nutty with notes of cocoa. The taste is sweet, rich, voluminous, revealing shades of chocolate, nuts and wine nuances. The aftertaste is velvety and warming.
How to brew?
- Drinking Palace Shu Puer will immerse you in the atmosphere of the imperial tea ceremony.
- First, a small piece is broken off from the pu-erh pancake using a special pu-erh knife or a simple awl. Then tea leaves weighing 5-8 grams are washed to remove dust and steam.
- After rinsing, brewing begins. The volume of the kettle is 150-200 ml. Water temperature is at least 95 °C. The first brewing time is 5-7 seconds, after which it should be gradually increased.
- It is permissible to brew tea up to 5-6 times. This amount of pouring does not affect the taste.
